As a child, I never thought that wearing dresses made by my Great-Grandmother,  being first at the craft tent during summer camp, staying late in home economics or sewing my summers away would catapult me into being an entrepreneur with my own line of purses and accessories. There are times I stay up at night excited about what I will create in the days ahead with almost the same fervor and anticipation I had as a child the night before leaving for summer camp. Like many, I have the unwavering support of family and friends; a true measurement of my success. However, my husband measures my success in the overwhelming growth of Crafty Laine and how many rooms of our home my business spills into. Either way, I am proud to be on a path to success.
